Payments are processed through an independent and fully PCI-compliant payment processor.  The only information provided from the processor to PIA is the last four digits of your payment card.  This information is collected to assist with questions you may have regarding a processed donation.

Our payment processor uses the latest Internet Encryption Software Protocol when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. Any information you enter is encrypted at your browser, sent over the public Internet in encrypted form, then tokenized to permanently remove access to your credit card information in our database. Our Payment Processor adheres to PCI Security Standards.


Partners in Action never sells, rents, leases or exchanges your personal information with other organizations. The identity of all who contact us directly or through our website will be kept confidential. Use of your information is restricted to persons employed or contracted by Partners in Action who agree to abide by our pledge of confidentiality.

Partners in Action makes every effort to ensure the security of your information. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the proper use of information, we have established and implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.


You may periodically receive emails from Partners in Action.  Via email we send our monthly newsletters, information about upcoming events, and information about key Ministry needs.

To improve and enhance our online services, we may also periodically ask you to provide voluntary information such as testimonials, online suggestions, or information regarding your experiences with Partners in Action.

To unsubscribe from our email list, click “UNSUBSCRIBE” at the bottom of the email.  Please keep in mind that at this time we can only support full opt out which means that you can only select to receive all email from PIA or no email from PIA.
