Each child has a story and if you heard only one story you would hear of the pain of abandonment, of fear, and of loss. The dream of a better life often ends in desperate situations within families when no work can be found and escape is sought in drugs or alcohol. As a result, the number of abandoned and abused children is continually increasing.
